21 Time When Product Packaging Was So Wrong, People Couldn’t Stay Silent Any Longer

Packaging waste equals to approximately 1/3 of all trash, costing governments billions of dollars each year in disposal fees. We collected a set of images, proving this large contributor to the worldwide waste disaster could be reduced significantly.

Packaging solutions regularly become the topics of heated debates. While the eco-minded purchasers want it to be as minimum as possible (that means, absolutely recyclable), manufacturers frequently fire back that they don’t want their products to start decomposing in the store or grow to be a smooth target to shoplifters. And while some of their arguments have reasons in the back of them, plenty of the time packaging is needlessly excessive. Do we really need a pill to be wrapped in 3 layers of plastic? Or, better yet, casings for coke cans? Scroll all the way down to see why we really need to reconsider packaging and vote for the ridiculous pictures!
